  Disgraceful behaviour from hotel, completely unprofessional. We have made a complaint with the police so that others may not suffer the same fate.

  We were looking for a place to stay end of May, beginning of June and to our surprise every hotel was closed, from Rascafria to Miraflores de la Sierra. So we were happy to find the Miraflores hotel, a nice clean place with big rooms with a terrace. Everything worked out fine. You can make nice walks in the environment. My advice: call first before you go.

  We reserved rooms 1 month in advance and upon arrival the hotel was closed! We and 6 other groups (with small children) were waiting outside the hotel for 2 hours, there was no note etc to indicate the hotel was closed. We had to call the Guardia Civil and eventually an employee was located who informed us the hotel was closed due to issue with heating! No call to inform customers, no offer of alternative accomodation, no apologies!!. We were refused the possibility of talking with hotel management, and we requested they call us to explain the situation. 3 week later and still no call. We managed to find alternative accomodation in El Palacio, at double the price!.

  Later during the day some locals in the village informed us that hotel was well known for financial problems.

  Estuve meses alojado por travajo y es muy tranquilo,las habitaciones son muy amplias con un baño amplio tambien,tambien dispone de garaje y supermercado,a los cuales accedes en ascensor.calidad precio buena.
